Peas and Cues
Do I have to ride?
No! You are encouraged to bring canned goods and non-perishables to Roly Poly. We’ll hold a raffle for sweet gear from Yeti, Brooks Saddles, Beringia, and more. The more food you bring the more tickets you’ll have entered in the raffle.
Do I need a special bike?
ALL bikes and riders are welcome…mountain, road, cruiser, unicycle, e-bikes, kid haulers, bean wagons, etc.
How far will I ride?
You’ll ride around 10 to 15 miles on open public roads around Bozeman
Is this a race?
No! This is a community food drive on two wheels, not a race. All riders are encouraged to ride at their own pace or in groups. Our definition of winning is building community and supporting our neighbors in need this holiday season!
How long will it take?
Most participants do the ride in 1 to 2 hours.
Is this ride only for SERIOUS bikers?
No, this ride is for anyone who is comfortable riding around town on their bike for an hour or two. You can ride at whatever pace and style that is comfortable to you.
Cranksgiving is a community effort - many thanks to our amazing partners who help put this on each year!
Since 2016, our cycling community has pedal-donated more than 4,290 lbs of food to the Gallatin Valley Food Bank.
Thank you to our community for the amazing support every year - we’re excited to see you again!
